Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) is Singapore’s built-environment standard for connecting every stakeholder on a project through digital tools, from first sketch to facility handover. We’ve structured our own process around its four stages — Discover, Model, Coordinate, and Deliver map directly onto IDD’s Design, Fabrication, Construction, and Asset Delivery phases — so that what we deliver plugs cleanly into how the rest of the industry works.
