Scope and Changes
These Terms apply to all business users (‘you’) accessing this website or placing orders. They apply to the exclusion of any terms you seek to impose.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We may also modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.
Acceptable Use
You may use this website only for lawful business purposes. You must not:
- use the website fraudulently or for any unlawful purpose;
- transmit any malicious code, spam or unauthorised advertising;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its infrastructure;

Products, Pricing and Availability
All products are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn without notice. Prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD), exclusive of GST and delivery costs, and may change prior to order acceptance. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and may cancel orders affected by errors.
Where payment is made in a currency other than the currency in which the price is displayed, the amount charged to your card or bank account will be subject to currency conversion by your card issuer, bank, or our payment processor at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction. Additional foreign transaction fees or conversion charges may apply.
Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we issue a written order confirmation. We may decline any order at our discretion without providing reasons.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your order. Once submitted, changes or cancellations require our written consent.
Payment
Payment is collected in full at the time of order. We accept payment via credit or debit card, processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By submitting an order, you authorise us to collect the full amount due through your selected payment method. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.
Delivery and Risk
Delivery timelines are estimates only. Risk passes to you on delivery. Title passes only on receipt of full payment. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.
Returns
Products that are defective or do not match the order may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order confirmation and a description of the issue. A Return Authorisation will be issued prior to any product being sent back.
Returns are not applicable to products that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery, or to custom or specially ordered items.
Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and process personal data in connection with your use of this website. Our handling of personal data is governed by our Data Protection Statement, available here, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using this website, you confirm you have read and understood our Data Protection Statement.

THIS WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING AS TO ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE AND/OR OUR RESPECTIVE SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS WEBSITE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES OR INFORMATION AVAILABLE FROM THIS WEBSITE.
Our total aggregate liability to you, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by you to us in connection with the transaction giving rise to the claim.
General
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Disputes. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation within 30 days may be referred to mediation at the Singapore Mediation Centre, and if unresolved, to arbitration under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) with Singapore as the seat.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Data Protection Statement and any order confirmation, form the entire agreement between us and supersede all prior representations and understandings.
Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining Terms will continue in full force.
No waiver. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign ours at any time.
Third party rights. These Terms do not confer rights on any third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 of Singapore.
